Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, professional, and customer-focused.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
• Able to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• At least 21 years old and able to meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed.
• Move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles safely.
• Support Service Advisors with day-to-day department needs.
• Complete tasks to keep the Service Department running efficiently.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming service drive and customer area.
• Support the Service Manager with various tasks and projects.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Provide hands-on support to the Service Department.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team.
