Job summary

Cityside Subaru in Belmont, MA is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join a high-volume service department. This role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous vehicle care and managing the customer experience from check-in to completion.

You will advise on needed services, communicate estimates, and maintain customer satisfaction. A proven track record in service and sales, strong communication, and a professional appearance are required; weekend shifts alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Follow vehicle status from entry to completion.
• Keep customers informed of any changes during service.
• Review completed work with the customer and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of carryover vehicles and special order parts.
• Document timekeeping according to department and manufacturer procedures.

Service Advisor Experience Previously Required

We are looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team.

One of the highest volume Subaru service departments in the Northeast!

A steady flow of work.

5 Day work week with alternating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
• Maintain a record of carryover vehicles
• Maintain a record of special order parts status
• Document flat rate time or other required timekeeping according to the service department and/or manufacturers' procedures
