Job summary

North Reading Subaru in North Reading, MA is seeking an experienced Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. If you’re comfortable on the phone, organized, and focused on delivering a friendly customer experience, we want to talk to you!

You’ll make outbound calls to schedule service appointments, follow up on maintenance, handle inbound requests, reduce no-shows, and work closely with service advisors to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service BDC or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Professional and personable attitude.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments.
• Follow up with customers who are due for maintenance.
• Handle inbound service calls and appointment requests.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Work closely with the Service Advisors and Service department.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
• Provide a professional, friendly customer experience on every call.
