Job summary

Bertera Subaru Hartford is looking for a passionate Service Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with our automotive technicians. You will be the primary contact for customers, document vehicle information, and present clear service options with transparent costs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in customer service or service advising, and familiarity with dealer management systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or service-advising background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with dealer management systems and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
• Document customer and vehicle information (make, model, year, service history).
• Advise on maintenance and repairs and explain costs and timeframes.
• Create detailed service estimates and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and service completion.
• Provide regular updates and address customer questions and concerns.
• Upsell service contracts, parts, and accessories when appropriate.
