If you have strong leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will oversee daily scheduling, assist with problem solving, and ensure service efficiency and proper billing. You will also conduct performance reviews, help plan department goals, and handle administrative tasks to support a high-performing service organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and represent the company professionally.
• Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs; ensuring customers’ preferences are met.
• Provide immediate problem-solving assistance to office staff or service technicians.
• Monitor in Real Time service technicians’ schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Track completed jobs and follow up with customers to ensure expectations were met.
• Facilitate processing of completed jobs for proper handling of materials and accurate billing.
• Complete all administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Perform employee performance reviews with the Department Manager and document issues.
• Participate in planning and establish department goals and objectives.
• Other duties assigned by manager.
