Job summary

DH Pace Company, Coppell, TX, is seeking to hire a Department Coordinator for our Service Department who will effectively coordinate field employees and ensure services meet or exceed customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes dispatching, scheduling, billing support, and collaboration with the estimating team to provide quotes.

Experience in dispatch or high-volume administration, excellent communication, and strong time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a dispatch or other high volume administration field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Strong time management, organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for customer job sites and manage job details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technician schedules and alignment of tickets for materials, billing and voided tickets.
• Run and review department reports to meet customer expectations and commitments.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Collaborate with estimating team to provide service quotes as needed.
• Assist field techs with technical troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to warehouse for inventory.
