Responsibilities

• Coordinate field technicians to deliver quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to staff for advancement.
• Ensure staffing levels and adherence to hiring, counseling/discipline, and termination policies.
• Ensure accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists; manage WIP and returns.
• Minimize inventory investment by overseeing inventory flow and job-site returns.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by your manager.
