DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Supervisor for our Commercial Operations team in St. Louis. You will lead service staff, manage daily job scheduling, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a track record in service operations. A bachelor’s degree and management experience are preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in management or supervisory roles in a service environment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proven ability to schedule and oversee field teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs and meet customer preferences.
• Provide problem-solving assistance to office staff and technicians.
• Monitor technician schedules in real time for efficiency.
• Track completed jobs and follow up with customers.
• Process paperwork and ensure accurate billing.
• Conduct employee performance reviews with the manager.
• Assist in planning department goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
