Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site scheduler to manage service calls and coordinate technicians.

You will ensure timely preventive maintenance, debrief daily activities, and work with billing and support to move completed jobs through the process. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in service operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects with tact and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work based on financial impact and business goals.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receives and schedules customer calls for service under supervision.
• Manages schedule of technicians and aligns with forecasting goals.
• Debriefs activities and coordinates with billing and support to progress jobs.
