Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to manage service calls and technician schedules. You will liaise with customers, debrief daily with technicians, and ensure timely maintenance in alignment with monthly goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of service-industry scheduling experience. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Required High school diploma or equivalent, plus two to five years of service industry experience in managing service operations or scheduling/dispatch.
• Ability to perform work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians to customer needs.
• Debrief technicians daily and resolve concerns quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in NxGen.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely service and satisfaction.
• Attend planning meetings and assist with time/expense reporting.
