Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of service operations and/or scheduling experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee safety statistics, track safety training, and manage truck inventories and on-call schedules.
• Assist with customer surveys and schedule service requests with technicians and vendors.
• Create and track customer orders, process shipments, and maintain vendor paperwork.
• Maintain and report inventory, and support invoice and shipment issues.
