Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee safety statistics, track safety training, and manage truck inventories.
• Schedule customer service requests from initiation to completion with guidance from STM and Team Leads.
• Generate and track customer orders, process shipments, and manage vendor invoices and shipments.
• Create and maintain new customer accounts; reconcile and update customer bill to accounts.
• Analyze service team performance and adjust to improve customer satisfaction cost-effectively.
