Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Service Scheduling Coordinator to receive and schedule customer calls, manage technician assignments, and align preventative maintenance with forecasts. You will debrief technicians daily, coordinate with billing and support, and ensure timely completion while maintaining accuracy in NxGen.

A high school diploma and 2–5 years of service operations experience are required, with preferred associate degree.

Qualifications

• Required high school diploma or equivalent; plus 2–5 years of service operations and/or service scheduling experience.
• Preferred associate degree in a related field.
• Experience communicating with internal/external clients and coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service.
• Manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics.
• Coordinate with Customer Billing Coordinators and Customer Support Coordinators to progress completed jobs.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance and alignment with forecasts.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
