Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking an organized Admin Scheduler to manage the flow of activities for field technicians in Jensen Beach, FL. You will coordinate appointments, monitor service records, and collaborate with service managers, staff, and customers to ensure smooth, profitable projects.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in the industry or a related customer service background, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of one year of industry experience or related customer service experience required.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• High-quality organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.

Aufgaben

• Schedule appointments for clients or technicians, answer phones and track clients' service records.
• Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider.
• Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources.
• Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs.
• Completed service SRs for local accounts and backup AR for billing.
• Dispatch all technicians for service and installation jobs.
• Interact with clients professionally and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor services and stay up to date on new or discontinued offerings.
• Maintain relationships with service providers and clients to grow the customer base.
