Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking an organized administrator to coordinate field technician activity in Salt Lake City. You will organize the flow of work, schedule appointments, and work with managers, office staff, sales staff, and customers to ensure profitable projects from start to finish.

You will build strong relationships with providers and clients, monitor service delivery, and handle inquiries while maintaining service records and materials as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industry experience or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• High quality organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for clients and track service records.
• Assess client needs and connect them with the correct provider.
• Maintain a directory of providers and resources.
• Maintain a database of clients and client needs.
• Bill completed service SRs for local accounts.
• Order materials needed for required service.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve conflicts.
• Evaluate service quality and identify improvements.
• Ensure clients receive necessary services and follow up.
