Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a proactive coordinator to organize and manage the daily flow for field technicians. You will collaborate with managers, office staff, sales, and contractors to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include scheduling, client communication, resource directory management, and ensuring service quality while maintaining strong relationships with providers and clients.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industry experience or related customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• High quality organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships within the community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for clients and track service records.
• Assess client needs and connect them with the right provider.
• Create and maintain a directory of providers and resources.
• Maintain a database of clients and needs.
• Bill completed service SRs for local accounts.
• Order materials for required service.
• Resolve client inquiries professionally and calmly.
• Evaluate service quality and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure clients receive necessary services and follow up.
