Job summary

Compu Dynamics is seeking a Service Coordinator to own the service schedule, dispatch technicians, and coordinate with superintendents and account managers on logistics for service projects. The role ensures proper access, equipment, and schedule integrity across multiple crews.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in service operations, strong communication skills, and experience with ERP/ CRM systems to optimize field service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service operations, dispatch, or field service coordination.
• Experience managing schedules and manpower across multiple crews.
• Familiarity with work order, ERP, or scheduling systems.
• HVAC, electrical, or facilities services exposure preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and field service logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage service calls routing and dispatch with complete job information.
• Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm visits.
• Coordinate with superintendents and Testing Lead to assign manpower.
• Plan logistics: equipment, lifts, rentals, and tools.
• Arrange building access and site security for technicians.
• Build advance schedules for preventative maintenance and service work.
