Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator to interact with customers and coordinate preventive maintenance inspections and emergency calls. You will field calls, analyze issues, dispatch technicians as needed, and ensure on-time service while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities include updating databases, preparing work orders and invoices, pricing labor/materials per contracts, and ensuring accurate communication with the accounting team for one-day billing.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Use dispatch board to keep on-time service with zero backlogs.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians when needed.
• Prepare work orders and invoices; process purchase orders.
• Maintain customer data across databases and update records.
• Provide accurate information to Accounting for one-day billing when possible.
