Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions seeks a Service Coordinator to interact with existing and prospective customers, ensuring satisfaction and a positive company image. You will schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls, field calls, and dispatch technicians as required to resolve issues promptly.

You will also generate and monitor service documentation, assist with pricing labor and materials, and coordinate with accounting for billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Maintain and update service schedules to ensure on-time service and zero backlogs.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Process work orders and invoices and coordinate purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate customer information in databases and ensure effective communication with customers.
