Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator to liaise with customers, schedule preventive maintenance inspections, and handle emergency calls. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive company image.

You will manage customer communications, coordinate with technicians, and help ensure timely service delivery and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure are essential.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities are expected.

Responsabilités

• Schedule preventive maintenance inspections and emergencies using the dispatch board.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Generate and monitor service department correspondence and review work orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with pricing labor and materials per contract terms.
• Prepare subcontract work orders, test reports, deficiencies and quotes.
• Track and quote deficiencies and maintain customer information in databases.
• Coordinate service requirements with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide accurate information to Accounting for one-day billing processing.
