Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, admin, inventory, logistics or service coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service professionals and coordinate daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers, installers, sales reps, and internal departments.
• Create and maintain service tickets, work orders, and customer records.
• Coordinate parts, equipment, and samples logistics.
• Assist with inventory tracking and reporting.
