Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team on route and in-house. The role includes supervising the service team, driving a company vehicle, and ensuring high levels of customer service and product quality at customer sites.

The position involves hiring, training, and evaluating staff, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing route efficiency and driver compliance. Middle-management leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• 21+ years old required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team on route and in-house to ensure high customer service and product quality.
• Assist with driving a company vehicle and support lifting, carrying, and walking at customer sites.
• Maintain customer relationships, renewals, and efficient route structure; ensure driver compliance.
• Lead hiring, training, development, and evaluation of the service team.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor's degree preferred

Active driver’s license

Be at least 21 years of age
