Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team, overseeing on-route and in-house activities. You will supervise the team delivering customer service, sales, and the pick-up and delivery of products, while training and evaluating staff to ensure service quality.

This middle-management role requires ensuring strong customer relationships, managing contract renewals, maintaining efficient routes, and driver compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team delivering customer service, sales and product pick-up/delivery.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites and assist the team with activities at accounts.
