Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. You will supervise the service team providing customer service, sales and pick-up/delivery, while hiring, training and evaluating staff to ensure top service and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales related role is preferred.
• Customer service experience in an industrial or service industry is preferred.
• Training or instructor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house operations.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to ensure quality service.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites and assist with lifting and walking.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle renewals of customer contracts.
