Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer facing service team both on route and in-house. Responsibilities include supervising the service team, hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff to ensure excellent customer service and product quality, and driving a company vehicle to and from customer sites.

This middle-management role oversees contract renewals, increases internal sales, maintains an efficient route structure, and ensures driver compliance with DOT

Qualifications

• Active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites and assist with lifting and walking in/out of accounts.
• Oversee service department areas including customer relationships, contract renewals, and route efficiency.
