Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our on-route and in-house customer service team. The role includes supervising staff delivering service, sales, and product pick-up/delivery, while hiring, training and evaluating personnel for optimal performance.

Responsibilities also cover maintaining customer relationships, managing contract renewals, boosting internal sales, optimizing routes, and ensuring driver compliance.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required
• Be at least 21 years old
• DOT medical certification required

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team responsible for customer service, sales, and pick-up/delivery
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure high service levels and quality
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting, carrying, and moving in/out of accounts
• Oversee key service areas such as customer relationships, contract renewals, internal sales, route efficiency, and driver compliance
