Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer facing service team both on route and in-house.

Responsibilities include supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products to our customers; hiring, training, developing and evaluating the service team to ensure Cintas customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team delivering customer service, sales and product pick-up/delivery.
• Oversee route and in-house operations to ensure high service levels.
• Hire, train, and develop team; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Drive company vehicle to/from customer sites and assist with lifting and walking in accounts.
• Maintain customer relationships, manage contract renewals, and optimize route structure.
• Ensure driver compliance and overall efficiency of service operations.

Education
