This middle-management role emphasizes hiring, training, and evaluating staff, maintaining strong customer relationships, contract renewals, and compliant route planning.

Qualifications

• Requires DOT driving qualifications including active driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to provide previous employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to ensure high-quality customer service and product delivery.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff for performance and safety.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, handle contract renewals, and optimize route structure and driver compliance.
