Job summary

Cintas seeks a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You will supervise the service staff to ensure top-tier customer service and product quality while maintaining efficient route operations and driver compliance.

You will hire, train and evaluate personnel, manage contract renewals, and drive a company vehicle to customer sites, assisting with lifting and site visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• 21+ years of age and provide previous employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to ensure top customer service.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff; drive efficient route structure.
• Oversee contract renewals, increase internal sales, and driver compliance.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting and site access.
