Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative at our Orlando site to deliver outstanding customer service, handle bookings, and support the management team with clerical tasks. You will engage with customers, share product information, drive sales, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Candidates should bring passion for soccer and health, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with weekend and some evening availability.

Qualifications

• Passion and knowledge about soccer industry with a health and wellness mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, independent worker.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
