Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to be the frontline for customers, delivering friendly service and accurate administrative support to the management team. You will engage with patrons, explain our products and services, drive sales, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

You will handle inquiries and bookings using our computerized systems, maintain product knowledge for soccer and retail operations, and provide reception and clerical support.

Qualifications

• Passion and knowledge about the soccer industry, with a personal commitment to health and wellness.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to tasks and duties, capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and some evening shifts.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
