Sofive Soccer Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Service Representative to be the frontline for customers, handling inquiries, sales, bookings, and essential administrative tasks.

You will engage with guests, uphold our friendly culture, operate POS systems, support the management team, and help maintain a welcoming experience across weekends, holidays, and some evenings.

As a Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering quality service and administrative support to our management team. You will engage with customers, provide information on our products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with patrons.
