Qualifications

• Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and execute team and company objectives.
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Reliable and dependable, able to adhere to a schedule.
• Ability to sustain a high pace and intensity for extended periods.
• Minimum age of 21 years old required.
• Plus: appreciation for soccer!

Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare beverages for guests, serve drinks, and support food service.
• Build repeat clientele by delivering personal experiences and excellent service.
• Follow service times and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience.
• Coordinate with management and serving staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and managers.
• Propose ideas to management to help grow the business.
• Cross-training and routine cleaning are part of the role.

• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events in order to proactively inform guests and invite them back
• You are responsible for taking orders, making beverages for all guests, serving beverages, selling food, and building repeat clientele
• Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience
• Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers
• Ability to make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business
• Cross training and mandatory cleaning are requirements of the role
