Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering quality service and administrative support to the management team.

You will engage with customers, provide information on products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with patrons across our soccer centers.

• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems and follow cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture of Sofive Soccer Centers.
• Maintain product knowledge for soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative support for the management team, including word processing and reception paperwork.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the role.
