Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to be the primary contact for our customers, delivering high-quality service and administrative support to management. You will engage with customers, provide information on products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive patron relationships.

The role requires excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse patrons.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties across front-d desk and sales tasks.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Retail background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhere to cash and stock procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture of Sofive.
• Maintain product knowledge for soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative support for the management team, including word processing and reception paperwork.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
