Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is hiring a Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and administrative support to the management team. You will engage with customers, provide information on products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships.

• Passion for soccer and health/wellness.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills with diverse personalities.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, friendly, professional demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• $14 / hr (stated in job ad)
