Altec Industries in Birmingham, AL is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support Service recruiting initiatives. You will coordinate recruiting activities, maintain candidate records, and ensure a professional, candidate-focused hiring experience.

In this onsite role, you will schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, track data integrity, and assist with recruiting events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or two years of applicable HR/recruiting or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates recruiting requests and communicates between candidates, recruiters, HR collaborators, and hiring managers.
• Updates candidate records and coordinates new hire processing.
• Maintains data integrity for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Tracks candidates through the process and ensures completion of pre-hire requirements.
• Schedules interviews and recruiting activities to support the team.
