Altec Industries, Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for Service to support the recruiting team and manage candidate flow onsite.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process coordination, and a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or two years of applicable experience (HR, recruiting, administrative, or related).
• Strong MS Office experience, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates recruiting requests and communicates between candidates, recruiters, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Updates candidate records in recruiting systems and coordinates new hire processing.
• Maintains data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Tracks candidates through the recruiting process and ensures pre-hire requirements are completed.
• Plans and independently executes special projects as assigned by management.
• Schedules a high volume of interviews and recruiting activities to support the team.
• Responds promptly to inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all recruiting activities.
• Performs employment-related research and assists with sourcing qualified candidates.
• Provides coordination and support for recruiting projects and related services for supervisors and managers.
• Assists with coordinating recruiting events and other hiring initiatives.
