Raymond West is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Service Writer in Cypress, CA to generate quotes for service repairs identified during maintenance or by Customer Care. You will present options to customers and collaborate with sales and service teams to finalize quotes.

The role involves tracking quotes, follow-ups, and supporting various departments. Strong written/verbal communication and MS Office proficiency are required, with a willingness to learn our CRM and service tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year minimum related experience or training; or equivalent education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/DMS tools.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.

Responsabilités

• Create quotes for repairs needed and offer options.
• Present quotes to customers or sales/service reps.
• Follow up on needed repairs and track quotes.
• Assist departments in generating quoted jobs for service.
• Coordinate with team leader on parts and logistics.
