We are looking for an experienced Quote Writing Specialist for a family-owned commercial furniture brands based in Southern California that manufacture high-quality modern seating and tables located in La Palma, CA.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quote Writing Specialist to support our Client Services team by preparing accurate and timely quotes while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, highly accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in supporting customer satisfaction by ensuring quote requests are processed efficiently and professionally.

Essential Responsibilities

• Review and pre-audit quote requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter quote requests into the system accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to Client Service Specialists' email requests for standard and custom quotes.
• Process revisions to existing quotes.
• Prepare and send customer quotes when Client Service Specialists are unavailable.
• Respond to quote-related questions in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide clear written documentation confirming customer requests.
• Assist with answering incoming phone calls as needed.
• Ensure customers receive updates or responses within 24 hours of receiving their request.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quote writing, customer service, order processing, estimating, or a similar administrative role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, products, and procedures.
