Job summary

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6 months to 2 years related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC or Temperature Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure accurate and timely recording of project costs.
• Initiate invoicing for completed work and prepare payroll documentation.
• Generate, interpret, and print various reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable invoicing status and assist with disputes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide coverage as needed.
