The role requires a 1-year certificate and 3+ years of billing experience, with opportunities to engage in lean improvements and develop cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Three or more years of related billing experience or training.
• Lean improvements participation.
• Strong communication and proactive work style.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process service agreements in the system.
• Process Quoted, T&M, and invoicing.
• Handle various billing requirements.
• Coordinate with team for accurate service cost recording.
• Generate and print assigned reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
