Job summary

Trane Supply in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Service Project Administrator to support the Texas/Gulf Service group. Under supervision, you will handle project documentation, costing, invoicing, and administrative closeout to ensure on-time project completion.

You will collaborate with the Area Service Manager and service team, prepare reports, monitor receivables, and assist with timekeeping and payroll documentation. Prior experience with Microsoft Office and HVAC/energy systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 6 months to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems, or temperature controls.

Responsibilities

• Record project costs (materials, timesheets, labor hours) and initiate invoicing.
• Monitor invoicing status and assist with accounts receivable disputes.
• Prepare payroll documentation and perform project closeout tasks.
• Generate and interpret project reports and communicate with the team.
• Cross-train for coverage of the Resource Coordinator position when needed.
