Rivian is seeking a Service Production Supervisor in Southern California to lead the in-shop team, direct vehicle flow from intake to final checks, and drive a culture of excellence. You will mentor technicians, manage performance, and ensure parts, tools, and information are available to keep the service center running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems (high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, infotainment).
• Lean manufacturing or workflow optimization experience in service/production.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and diagnostic tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the service team, mentor technicians, and drive a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Own and optimize daily shop production rhythm and throughput.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams to prevent bottlenecks.
• Monitor repair quality, safety, and shop organization; enforce Rivian standards.
