Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Production Supervisor in Southern California to lead the service center, directing vehicle flow and ensuring efficient, high-quality work. You will mentor technicians, drive performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

You will coordinate with parts, service advisors, and other teams to remove bottlenecks, uphold safety, and maintain Rivian's service standards as owners return to their adventures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems (high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, infotainment).
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools including DMS, repair order tracking, and diagnostic software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Actively manage performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.

• Own daily shop rhythm from intake to final quality check.
