Rivian Automotive is seeking a Service Production Supervisor to lead a high‑volume automotive service team and drive efficient shop operations. You will mentor technicians, manage performance, and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration to clear bottlenecks and deliver top‑tier service.

You will ensure adherence to Rivian's standards, monitor KPIs, and champion safety, quality, and a customer‑centric service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• Deep technical knowledge across high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, and infotainment systems.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing or workflow optimization.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools including DMS, repair order tracking, and diagnostic software.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop technician teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage team performance with regular feedback and reviews.
• Coordinate with parts, service advisors, and support teams to prevent bottlenecks.
• Optimize service workflows and daily production rhythm from intake to final QC.
• Monitor repair quality, cycle time, and safety standards for a world-class workshop.
• Act as escalation point for technical or logistical challenges and mentor site leadership.
