Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Production Supervisor in Sparks, Nevada. You will lead the service center's daily operations, directing vehicle flow, mentoring technicians, and ensuring the parts, tools, and information needed are available to keep work moving.

In this on-site role you’ll own the production rhythm, prioritize workloads, coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors, and push for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools including DMS, repair orders, and diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance service team.
• Monitor KPIs and production throughput.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams.
• Ensure safety and a clean, organized workshop.
• Own daily production rhythm from intake to final quality check.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues.
