Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Service Production Supervisor to lead the service center’s daily operations, directing vehicle flow, mentoring technicians, and ensuring efficient, high-quality service that gets owners back on the road.

You will manage workflows, collaborate with parts and advisors, uphold safety, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems including high-voltage and electrical.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools including DMS and diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance technicians team, providing feedback and performance reviews.
• Own the daily production rhythm of the shop and optimize throughput.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors and other teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure safety and organization in a world-class workshop.
