Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Production Supervisor in Illinois to lead the service center’s daily operations and coach a team of technicians. You will direct vehicle flow through the shop, making real-time decisions that drive pace and quality.

You will ensure parts, tools, and information are available to the team, orchestrating a seamless, efficient service experience to get Rivian owners back on their adventures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume auto service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Deep technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems (HV, electrical, mechanical, infotainment).
• Experience with lean manufacturing or workflow optimization in service/production.
• Proficient with digital tools including DMS, repair order tracking, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team of technicians.
• Own the daily production rhythm of the shop and maximize throughput.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and other teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Maintain safety and a world-class workshop environment.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical or logistical issues promptly.
