Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• Lean manufacturing or workflow optimization experience in service or production.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools including DMS, repair order tracking, and diagnostic software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee service workflows and technician development across shifts and departments.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams to prevent bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity and throughput to drive improvements.
• Uphold safety and organize a world-class workshop environment.
